These terms and conditions ("Agreement") apply to the 33bmw platform and all its related services. When you register, log in, or use any service on 33bmw, you automatically accept all terms of this Agreement. If you disagree with any term, please stop using this platform.

33bmw reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms at any time. Updated terms take effect as soon as they are published on this page. Regular users are advised to review this page from time to time.

2.1 Age Limit and Eligibility

All services on 33bmw are for persons aged 21 or above only. Every user must confirm their actual age at the time of registration. It is strictly prohibited for anyone to operate an account on behalf of a minor.

• Each person may operate only one account.
• Multiple accounts opened from the same household, address, or device may be cancelled.
• Transferring, selling, or allowing a third party to use an account is strictly prohibited.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your password and login details completely confidential. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify 33bmw support immediately. The registered user is responsible for all activity on the account.

3.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods are accepted for deposits on 33bmw: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major commercial banks). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.

• Deposits must be made from the registered user's own account.

The 33bmw welcome bonus is a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you receive a bonus of ৳1,000, giving a balance of ৳2,000. To withdraw bonus funds, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times — meaning a ৳1,000 bonus requires a total of ৳10,000 in bets.

4.2 Other Promotions

33bmw regularly offers various promotions, including weekend reload bonuses, slots festival bonuses, cricket season rewards, and birthday gifts. Each promotion has its own wagering requirement, validity period, and eligibility rules.

4.3 VIP Program

The 33bmw VIP Program has four levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. The weekly cashback rate differs at each level — up to 0.4% at Bronze, 0.8% at Silver, 1.1% at Gold, and 1.5% at Platinum, applied on weekly net losses. Progression to a higher level depends on regular activity and account history.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 33bmw platform. Involvement in such activities may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Registering with false or misleading information.
• Placing artificial bets or colluding to earn bonuses.
• Claiming the same promotion from multiple accounts.
• Deliberately exploiting bugs or errors in the platform's software.
• Conducting illegal money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• Harassing or defrauding other users.
• Operating games using automated bots or scripts.

6.1 Finality of Game Results

All game results on 33bmw are determined through a Random Number Generator (RNG) or a live dealer. Once a game is completed, its result is considered final. If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, 33bmw will attempt to provide the best available resolution.

6.2 Sports Betting Terms

For sports betting, the outcome of any bet depends on the official result declared by the relevant sports authority. If a match is cancelled or postponed, the bet will be settled in accordance with 33bmw's specific policy.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
• In a multi-bet, if one leg loses the entire multi-bet is considered lost.
• 33bmw reserves the right to cancel bets accepted at incorrect odds.

6.3 Mobile App Usage

The 33bmw Android and iOS apps are available through official channels. The same terms and conditions that apply to the web platform apply to the mobile app.

7.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Any user may request to close their account if they wish. Contact the 33bmw support team to do so. It is advisable to withdraw any remaining balance before closing the account.

7.2 Account Suspension by 33bmw

33bmw may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

33bmw strives to ensure uninterrupted service on the platform, but will not be held liable for temporary unavailability due to technical reasons. In particular:

• Losses resulting from account details being disclosed to others.

11.3 Severability

If any term of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid term will be replaced by the closest enforceable term permitted under applicable law.

11.4 Assignment of Rights

A user may not transfer any of their rights or obligations under this Agreement to a third party. 33bmw may transfer the rights and obligations of this Agreement to a third party at any time, but this will not affect the user's rights.
